We have helped to set up and run many weddings and events since 2009 and
understand that every event is unique, so the support that we offer is flexible.
​
We are here for you and will tackle whatever is needed to ensure that your day
runs without a hitch.
Our services include:

Partial Planning
Sometimes you know what you need to do, but just don't have the time to do it - or perhaps you just need a helping hand to ensure that nothing is missed. We can also offer support to destination weddings, visiting/photographing/sourcing all the things that you need before you get here!
​
The planning process can be daunting sometimes, and it helps to have support to ensure that you enjoy the planning process with no stress, events can be complex when trying to work out logistics - that's where we come in.
​
We can help with anything that you need during the planning process; from finding suppliers and equipment, to hands-on support organising a timeline, procuring items and collating decorations - think of us as your wedding PA, there to help whenever you need us.
​
We love helping clients find exactly what is needed, assisting with any time consuming tasks to take away the strain, and will always keep you updated regularly as we go along - communication and customer care are key for us.
​
Cost: up to a maximum of £1350, depending on requirements (determined during initial meeting)
​
A Helping Hand - set-up/break down service
General set-up support the day before, or the morning of an event, and/or clear after evening finish or next morning.
​
We know things can be a little hectic on the day before an event - or sometimes you just can't be there in person yourself.
We can come in to help get things done - we discuss your requirements beforehand, either by phone, email or meeting, and can even use pictures of your table layout or decorations to ensure that it is exactly as planned!

We come as a pair and can turn a hand to any type of set up, or clearing of a venue after an event. We can happily come in early the next morning to lend a helping hand with the packing up and/or returning of items.
​
Book a block of 6 hours with us to cover either/or setting up your venue or breaking down after the event. £285.00*
or
Book us by the hour/additional hours (£50.00 for two people) and we'll take care of everything*.

Event support on the day.
Many of the more DIY venues don't come with their own manager or coordinator to run things on the day, so we can come in and do this on your behalf.
​
We are very hands-on and will make sure that suppliers arrive and set-up on time, set-up everything we have pre-arranged with you (tables, names cards etc), help caterers serve/clear food if required, supervise any staff and ensure that your planned schedule is followed to eliminate any delays in times for meals etc.
​
We are also accustomed to co-ordinating suppliers, celebrants and couples before the ceremony, room changes from ceremony to dinner to evening, setting tables, moving chairs, rearranging decorations, liaising with caterers, photographers, musicians etc to ensure that everyone knows what is happening when.
​
Full day/evening support from 2 members of staff for up to 12 hours is £750*
Additional time at £65 per hour*.
